Markets On Automation — Terms, Conditions & Disclaimer

1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Markets On Automation program/service (“M.O.A”, “Service”, “Program”), operated by Krid Capital (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1.2 The Service may include research-based model portfolios, algo strategy access, strategy deployment assistance, market commentary, support, automation setup guidance, and other related modules as communicated on the official offer page, webinar, invoice, service agreement, or onboarding communication.

1.3 By enrolling, paying any amount, completing identity verification, executing any service agreement/e-sign document, or accessing any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.4 If you do not agree with these Terms or the risk disclosures, you must not enrol, pay for, access, or continue using the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a contract under Indian law.
• You must provide accurate details during registration, KYC, identity verification, risk profiling, payment, and e-sign/documentation.
• You must use your own broker, demat, trading, bank, and payment accounts. Krid Capital shall not be responsible for incorrect details, third-party misuse, or account-level restrictions.
• You must have access to a stable internet connection, phone/email access, required broker account, and any required software/platform/API permissions.
• In case of non-payment of installments (if opted for) towards the program Krid Capital can suspend your access untill your pending installments are cleared.
• Krid Capital may refuse onboarding, suspend access, or terminate participation if information is false, incomplete, misleading, non-compliant, or if continuation may breach internal compliance or regulatory requirements.

Access Nature

Access is limited, non-transferable, exclusive, non-deferable, revocable, and meant only for the enrolled participant’s personal use. Login credentials, strategy logic, research notes, videos, templates, dashboards, tools, documents and communications must not be shared, resold, forwarded, uploaded publicly or commercially exploited.

Service Components

The Service may include: Investing on Automation, AI/Algo Strategies on Automation, Stock Trading on Automation, Early Retirement planning support, Brain Upgrade modules, Demat Audit Learning using AI, Market Crash Survival Kit, and no-sales-push software guidance. Exact availability may vary by plan, batch, platform, subscription status and compliance approval.

Change in Access

Krid Capital may add, modify, replace, pause or discontinue any strategy, module, platform, communication channel, bonus, support mechanism or workflow for operational, risk-management, regulatory, technology or business reasons.

5.1 Fees shall be as communicated on the offer page, checkout page, invoice, payment link.

5.2 Payment may include a booking amount, upfront amount, EMI/payment plan, or full yearly fee. Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, GST, payment gateway charges, broker charges, exchange charges, taxes, statutory levies, API charges, software/platform charges and other third-party expenses may be separate or pass-through in nature.

5.3 Payment of fees does not guarantee profits, back tested performance, portfolio performance, successful trade execution, approval by a broker/platform, or uninterrupted market access.

5.4 Any EMI or instalment plan is a payment convenience only. Non-payment, failed mandate, chargeback, disputed payment or delayed instalment may lead to suspension/termination of access, recovery action and withdrawal of bonuses/support.

Deployment Support

Krid Capital may assist with strategy deployment, account connection, tool configuration, cloud/system setup, platform guidance and operational support. Any deployment commitment is an effort/service commitment and not a profit commitment.

Technology Limitations

Automation may fail due to internet outage, API failure, broker outage, exchange issues, order rejection, insufficient margin, incorrect symbol mapping, latency, price gaps, liquidity, corporate actions, platform bugs, account restrictions, regulatory changes, expired tokens, or user-side configuration errors. Krid Capital is not liable for losses arising from such events.

Backtested / Past Performance Disclaimer

Any returns, charts, examples, CAGR figures, drawdown, win-rate, case studies, testimonials, projections, simulations, or strategy comparisons shown in presentations, webinars, landing pages, reports or dashboards may be based on backtested, simulated, hypothetical, historical or model data. Backtested results are not actual trading results and do not guarantee future performance.

• Past performance is not a guarantee of future returns.
• Market conditions may change materially.
• Transaction costs, taxes, slippage, liquidity and execution quality may impact actual returns.
• F&O/options trading can involve high risk and may not be suitable for all investors.
• Any stock names mentioned during the session, or communication are used purely for educational and illustrative purposes. They should not be treated as stock recommendations, investment advice, or a suggestion to buy, sell, or hold any security.
• Capital loss, including significant or complete loss of trading capital in leveraged products, is possible.

Suitability and Investor Responsibility

Any research, model portfolio, strategy, alert, commentary or education is to be assessed by the participant in light of their risk appetite, financial position, objectives, experience, time horizon and legal/tax situation. Participants should take independent professional advice where required.

Refund Policy

Unless a specific written refund policy is issued for a particular batch/offer, payments made for Markets On Automation are generally non-refundable once service access, onboarding, identity verification, e-sign, strategy access, consultation, deployment assistance, research access, downloadable material, bonus access or any substantial service component has been delivered.

Refund Will Not Apply If

• The participant has accessed strategy logic, research, model portfolios, member area, paid community, recordings, tools, templates, dashboards, code, or bonus material.
• The participant has completed onboarding/e-sign/identity verification and service activation has begun.
• The participant changes their mind, lacks time, lacks capital, faces broker/platform restrictions, or does not follow instructions.
• The participant expects profit, fixed income, assured returns, or outcomes not expressly guaranteed in writing.
• Losses occur due to market movement, execution, slippage, broker/platform/API failure, user-side errors, non-availability of margin, or regulatory change.
• The participant violates these Terms, shares access, misuses material, abuses staff, creates chargeback/dispute after service access, or provides false information.

Krid Capital shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from market losses, opportunity loss, technology failure, user error, delay, non-execution, partial execution, slippage, order rejection, tax consequences, regulatory actions, broker/platform outages, or reliance on any information, strategy, model portfolio, alert, report, call, content or automation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Krid Capital, if any, shall not exceed the amount of fee actually paid by the participant for the specific Service period giving rise to the claim, excluding taxes, brokerage, market losses, third-party charges and trading capital.

All content, strategies, logic, frameworks, models, reports, research, videos, PDFs, presentations, templates, dashboards, tools, code, automation workflows, naming, branding, designs and communications are proprietary intellectual property of Krid Capital or its licensors.

• You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence for personal use only.
• You must not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, upload, reverse engineer, scrape, modify, teach, license, or commercialise any part of the Service.
• Any unauthorised use may lead to immediate termination, forfeiture of refund rights, legal action and claim for damages/injunction.

• You must use the Service lawfully and only for your personal account.
• You must not share passwords, API keys, access tokens, broker credentials, strategy material or automation credentials with unauthorised persons.
• You are responsible for maintaining adequate margin, checking trade logs, monitoring broker alerts, renewing tokens, reviewing executed orders and ensuring that your own risk controls are active.
• You must not abuse support staff, spam channels, make defamatory statements, manipulate refund processes, or misuse the Service.
• Krid Capital may suspend or terminate access for misconduct, misuse, compliance risk, legal/regulatory concerns, non-payment or breach of Terms.

Participants may raise service, billing, access or research-related grievances through the official Krid Capital support/contact channel mentioned on the website, invoice, agreement or onboarding communication.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable regulatory dispute resolution mechanisms, courts/tribunals having competent jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

By enrolling in Markets On Automation, you acknowledge that:

• You have read, understood and accepted these Terms and all risk disclosures.
• You understand that the Service does not provide assured returns or capital protection.
• You understand that backtested/past returns are not guaranteed future returns.
• You are responsible for your own capital allocation, position sizing, broker account, margin, taxes and final investment/trading decision.
• You will not hold Krid Capital responsible for market losses, technology failures, third-party failures or outcomes not expressly guaranteed in writing.
